I run oscar ai. We help operators of service businesses (mostly restaurants and retailers, for now) make sense of their data and act on it — without needing to read a spreadsheet or write a report.
Before Oscar, I worked on tech and workforce policy at the white house, built agent-based models for defense simulations, and helped run my family's business. I also started a nonprofit called herdomain to support women in the developing world get into tech.
I like systems that reduce noise, writing that clarifies thought, and tools that help people move faster. Outside of work, I love practicing yoga (especially sculpt), long runs, and am slowly putting together a list of books i'm reading.
